Refunds/Returns

• I do not issue refunds or accept returns; all sales are final. 

Shipping

• Orders will be sent out within 5 business days of purchase.
• Orders ship from Sweden, and I offer worldwide shipping! Note that shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
• Please also note that the shipping times given at checkout are merely estimates, and may not be 100% accurate; this depends on the courier and is unfortunately not something I can control.
• All orders that include OOAK items, like plushies, pins, charms and drawings, are tracked. Stickers are shipped using standard delivery (untracked).

Customs

• Customs charges are not covered by me; they are to be paid by the customer.

Lost/Damaged orders

• If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact me via email or DM me on Instagram or Twitter, and I will do my best to help you resolve the issue!
